Lovely facility with wonderful staff. It was the first time I took one of my loved ones to an elderly home and took me a bit to choose one. The management and staff inspired me high confidence. I went several times throughout a couple of months to really choose the correct place. I never saw anything out of place and did my in-depth due diligence with everyone. I am very calm to say my family is there. Thank you!

My stepfather spent an amount of time at this facility recently. Whilst visiting I experienced first hand several incidents by staff who were both dismissive and spoke aggressively with their patients. The rooms are very poorly equipped, his mattress was old and damaged, he was allocated one pillow, which we were told was sufficient. There was no lightbulb in his walllight, we were told there was (!) and my fathers clothes were worn by other residents, again we were told they weren’t but we saw it ourselves. The staff displayed zero compassion during my visits, complaints and concerned to the owners and management were met with distain and aggression, the staff are obviously following suit. Speaking with several residents during my visit I was told of theft and rough handling being commonplace. I would avoid putting loved ones in this residence at all costs, online they convey an image of being friendly with good facilities and clean and tidy rooms. We experienced poor communication, aggression, and a complete lack of conscience. My father was woken regularly at 7am and given cold showers, his room was subject to searches and his personal effects taken away. In my opinion people dealing with the elderly and those needing care should show compassion, be well equipped and friendly. This facility and it’s patients would benefit greatly with an on the spot gouvernment inspection and held to account their attitude and lack of care.

Home for the elderly.Seems to be a very happy place.Clean and well maintained.The residents look very well cared for.
