La Residencia Alzheimer Alicante cuenta con un equipo profesional altamente valorado por su calidez, dedicación y calidad en la atención personalizada, ganándose la gratitud de las familias que destacan la excelencia en cuidados y actividades. Sin embargo, existe al menos una experiencia negativa relacionada con decisiones sobre la idoneidad de los servicios que generó inconformidad en una familia, lo que sugiere que aunque la calidad asistencial es generalmente excepcional, hay aspectos en la comunicación o criterios de valoración que podrían mejorarse.

Some time ago they refused my mother a day center based on the psychologist's advice, saying that she would be afraid during the activities and that a center for the whole day was more suitable? What should we understand from this? Big disappointment and incomprehension!! My mother, meanwhile, will resume her bill table.....Cdt Ana

We're very happy with AFA. They come to my grandfather's home to help us with his care. Thank you, Laura, for always being there for us, and of course, to Azucena, the person who comes to our home. She's the best at her job, we're so grateful!

My grandmother has been attending the day center for a long time and has always been happy with the staff, the activities, the dining room... I couldn't say a bad word about AFA. After she suffered a stroke, we had the opportunity to bring her to the residence for a short time. We felt the warmth and compassion shown to my grandmother by the entire team at all times, and the same goes for her family. We don't know how to thank the entire team—doctors, nurses, assistants, social worker, psychologist, etc.—for all the care and support she received until the very end. It's a wonderful specialized center where patients are treated exceptionally well, with immense affection, and where the genuine kindness of each and every person who works there truly shines. Thank you.
