Last night (February 19, 2026) around midnight, I returned to the nursing home from San Juan Hospital with my sister (María Teresa Pérez Escoda), who is a resident. We rang the doorbell for 15 minutes, but no one answered. Meanwhile, my 95-year-old sister, who had the flu, waited outside in the cold. Since no one answered, I found her phone number, and that's when someone finally deigned to open the door. I absolutely do not recommend this facility. Furthermore, the staff treated us very badly. This care home is a disgrace. Please don't take your family members there. There's a lack of staff and physical and psychological abuse. My mother endured it for four years. They've been reported by many former employees and their families. The management team is a disaster. The organization is terrible.
