Opiniones

Very positive experience during the time my mother has been at the DomusVi facilities in Alcoy. The best is their human team, in all its categories, cleaning, TASOC, gerocultors, nursing and medicine, social workers, physiotherapy, ... Always attentive and willing to do. Thanks to all.

I am not giving the minimum rating only because the platform does not allow it. I believe this residence does not meet the necessary conditions to guarantee dignified care for the elderly. The treatment of residents leaves much to be desired, the quality of the food is insufficient, and proper hydration is not ensured. The cost is high compared to the services provided: hygiene is poor, diaper changes are not performed frequently enough, and there is insufficient assistance offered to accompany residents with reduced mobility to the restroom whenever they need to use it, resulting in many cases of urinary tract infections. Furthermore, residents spend most of the day medicated and seated, without activities to stimulate their abilities, which negatively impacts their health, especially on the first floor. If a resident is not in good physical condition, their quality of life in this center is severely compromised. When health problems arise, medical care is clearly inadequate, and in many cases, symptoms are minimized to avoid hospital transfers, even in situations that warrant more intensive intervention. For all these reasons, I believe this center should be closed.

A perfect residence for the care of our elderly. My aunt has been there for four years and is delighted, which makes us very happy. Beautiful surroundings and the staff are lovely.

A very expensive nursing home. Almost 3,000 euros a month is armed robbery. The nursing home isn't worth even that much. They charge you for podiatry and hairdressing services, and what's the absolute worst is that you also have to pay (approximately 76 euros in my case) even for the clothing they mark with the name of the sick/elderly person, and without warning you that they're going to charge you for this. Mind-blowing. An armed robbery. And I know this because I have a relative, unfortunately, hospitalized there. And I go to visit him often. The owner should be ashamed.
