Opiniones

My father was there for almost three years. It was the best decision we made for him. Organization, cleanliness, patient care, kindness, and caring... We were always treated like family, and when it was time to say goodbye, all the staff were incredibly supportive of us and our father. I can only say they are wonderful; please continue to be so. A million thanks to everyone for taking such good care of Manuel while he was there. Hats off to them! 🤗🤗

My father spent several years at the Savia nursing home before sadly passing away last month. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at the residence for the loving care he received there. I visited him several times and was able to see for myself how excellent the care was. The communication with his family also worked exceptionally well, in my opinion. Even though I live in Germany, communication between us was simply perfect. Thank you again so much for everything, Sabine Lemke

I've had my 89-year-old father at the Savia La Nucia nursing home for a year and a half, and it's been a very good decision he made for the family. The loving, respectful, and understanding treatment the staff provides him and us is exquisite. I go to see him almost every day at different times and always see the same thing.

Let's take it one step at a time. My mother-in-law spent a year in this nursing home. And the experience was terrible. She lost 10 kilos, every time we went to see her she looked like a combed chewaka, they left her sitting watching TV, and if I've seen you, I don't remember. All the time saying she wanted to leave and that she has Alzheimer's. I could go on with a long list, but it would be a huge mess. There's a lack of staff; the ones at the entrance need a course in public friendliness. Oh, and don't contradict them, these people at this nursing home know more than you do about everything related to illnesses. P.S.: If you from the nursing home answer me saying blah blah blah, I'm going to ignore it because I'm not going to argue with you.

An exceptional team! I understand it's very difficult to please everyone, given the large number of residents with various illnesses, but from my personal experience, I am very grateful for the care my father has received. I have witnessed firsthand, every single day of the year, the affection and special attention given to all the residents. It's not easy; it requires professionalism and a strong sense of vocation.
