El Asilo Hogar San José recibe opiniones muy divididas: mientras algunos residentes y familiares elogian las instalaciones modernas, el jardín, la comida de calidad y la profesionalidad del personal, otros denuncian serios problemas como discriminación económica en los servicios, trato desigual según el nivel de ingresos y acusaciones de manipulación electoral. Las críticas revelan una brecha importante entre la excelencia física del centro y deficiencias significativas en ética, equidad y atención al cliente que requieren atención urgente.

Decadent and shameful, the elderly are transported by van to cast their vote in the general elections. The envelopes are manipulated by the center's leaders to their liking, in this case the People's Party (PP), and are then handed out to the residents, who themselves are unaware of what is inside the envelope. This is real and will be reported.

The staff are very professional and customer-friendly. They handle heavy workloads but do so with joy. Congratulations. The center is beautiful and welcoming, with a large garden and excellent food.

My opinion on this center, everything is very nice (building, gardens, reception, etc., etc.), the ugly thing is total discrimination if you have money you can enjoy gardens, single or double rooms and many more privileges, if you don't have that much money or gardens, rooms with three or four beds have much fewer privileges and finally if you have a low pension they don't even deign to look at applications, I think that a residence for elderly people who are supposedly nuns of charity (because in my opinion they are not, they are only governed by the economic level of a person) should not have the discrimination that there is in this center.

The leading nursing home/retirement residence in Alcoy. Everything is absolutely spotless and the elderly receive excellent care.
