There are certain people with very little professionalism, no education, and a profound lack of humanity who are not treating the elderly well. They do the minimum and sometimes don't even reach them. They pay them little, and they complain about it to the elderly, using this as an excuse to stop caring for them. It's a shame that in a person's final days they have to endure this treatment that leaves much to be desired. Grandparents need to be cared for and loved; if not, you should do something else.
