Opiniones

Estuvo atendida fenomenalmente. No pudimos hacer mejor elección. Muchas gracias a todos/as.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! We had to take our relative out of there. He was only there for three weeks, and his physical decline was brutal; he lost 7 kilos. We visited him every day, and they didn't even change his clothes. For being the most expensive nursing home in Albacete, the services and staff care are extremely poor. Our situation isn't unique; other residents also complain about the terrible conditions their elderly relatives are in. If you care about your elderly relatives, consider other places.

I have my father here, and they cared for my mother until his death. The treatment he receives, as well as that which my mother received, was and is very humane and attentive. I speak from the perspective of the most important aspect, which is comprehensive care, and the concern for care, as well as its development. As a healthcare professional, I know where the emphasis should be placed regarding the quality of life of our seniors, and they have shown me, and continue to show me, that they not only know how to do it, but that every day, they strive to improve, because they treat the residents as if they were their own family. That's why I can only be grateful to each and every one of the staff, from management, nursing, geriatric care workers and assistants, cleaning, and cooking. I hope I don't leave anyone out. And of course, I want to recognize the exceptional work of the property owners for striving to improve their services and staff. Greetings from a grateful son.

Be careful about bringing any of your family here. The facilities are small and overcrowded, and there are unpleasant gestures like grabbing elderly people by the nose. There's little empathy, and the food is just the most expensive option, but nothing more. It's very dangerous because when I went to see my father, he was always sedated. If you don't believe me, take a look at the one next to Don Bosco; it's nothing like this in terms of facilities, rooms, staff, activities, etc. It's much better, according to my grandmother's experience. Let's hope this kind of testimony puts an end to these incompetent people's gravy train.

Our experience has been very bad; my relative wasn't properly cared for. We believe there's a lack of staff and compassion in caring for the elderly. They don't accept negative reviews, threatening legal action instead.
