Opiniones

My father is currently a user of the center, and I'm very happy with how he's being treated. The staff is very attentive and caring.

I am Lola, daughter of Puri, a resident. My mother has dementia and has been here for a year now and I am very happy because of how well they treat her and how well she looks. The staff is lovely and Fran is the best. Haha, don't take it the wrong way for the others.

As for the treatment, my review is satisfactory. The assistants are wonderful, Fran gets a 10, the social worker is equally excellent, they are all super friendly. My mother-in-law has started eating again since she's been here because in the hospital she went two weeks without eating anything; in fact, they stopped her medication and everything, hoping she would die. Here, as I said, she's eating again. But the facilities really need a facelift, as they say, and a bit more cleaning. In my mother-in-law's room, I've noticed a stain on the floor since Saturday, and it's only Thursday. There's also dampness on the bathroom ceiling and at the entrance to the room, and they haven't had time to check it today.
