La Residencia de mayores San Bartolomé presenta un panorama contradictorio: mientras varios familiares elogian calurosamente la dedicación del personal, la mejora significativa de sus mayores y la calidad de atención recibida, existen preocupaciones graves sobre fallos en la comunicación interna, errores en la identificación de residentes y posibles carencias de personal que afectan la calidad de cuidado en algunas unidades. Unfortunately, staff shortages are affecting the care of our elderly. Specifically, the caregivers in the unit where my grandmother is located are unaware that she has recovered from COVID-19, and they are also unaware that, as a result of the illness, she cannot stand or walk as she used to. It is imperative that more staff be hired to provide the service that our elderly deserve and for which they religiously pay.

We're delighted with the entire staff, from the assistants, management, doctors, and nurses... My father has improved dramatically in the two months he's been there...
