Opiniones

My parents have been a resident here and the care has been excellent. All the staff have been attentive, professional, and readily available to assist with any requests. It's a residence with spacious areas, and they regularly organize activities tailored to the residents' interests. Overall, I'm very happy with their stay at Residencia Emera Vital Parque.

My family is so grateful to the ENTIRE TEAM; it's the best thing that could have happened to my 90-year-old mother. She receives care, affection, and everything she needs is taken care of. I want to publicly thank everyone ❤️

Good afternoon!!! I want to thank my aunt Carmen Munera for the care I received at your residence, as well as my care when I needed you. Thank you to Montserrat for her attentiveness, to Raquel and Javier for their welcoming smiles, to Gloria for helping me with my social security arrangements, to Penélope, Juana, and all the staff who helped us during our stay. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

A COMPLETE DISASTER OF A RESIDENCE If anyone wants their family member to be well cared for in a residence, I DO NOT RECOMMEND VITAL PARQUE. My father was in this residence for about a month, and I honestly had to take him out because he wasn't improving... quite the opposite, he left much worse than when he arrived. He came in after a toe amputation, and the poor care and inadequate treatment ended up resulting in the amputation of his leg. Thankfully, one afternoon we happened to see his toe without the bandages; otherwise, we don't know how it would have ended. It's impossible that any professional nurse wouldn't have raised the alarm about the infection (they detected two types of bacteria), and the color of my father's foot was purple; the remaining healthy toes were necrotic. In short, it all ended in a leg amputation due to poor treatment. MY SON AND I SEE THIS FOR OURSELVES, AND WE ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL NURSES. Cleanliness was practically nonexistent. I visited my father every afternoon and checked to see if they changed his clothes from one day to the next, and they didn't. I can assure you they don't change his clothes every day. And the gardens are a bit neglected. If they don't take care of the inside, how are they going to take care of the outside? On one of my visits, I asked the caregiver to change my father so we could take him for a walk, and she told me she couldn't right now. She said if I wanted to take him downstairs, I could do it as he was, otherwise I'd have to wait about half an hour. Like in thousands of other comments I've read, they give very little information to family members, and when I asked, they told me everything was fine. DON'T TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU. It's a private residence where a single room costs considerably more than €2,500 a month. I consider that a very high price for the quality of services they offer. Good, nice, and cheap? Well, no... quite the opposite. One example I can tell you is that one of the treatments my father received was done in the common room across from the elevators, in front of everyone watching television. They weren't even able to take him to his room... there's no nurse's station on each floor... A disaster for what you pay, and the nurses showed poor judgment in this case. And don't even get me started on the clothing inventory. After a month there, and on the first day I brought two bags of clothes, and after being charged for labeling them, nothing appeared in the inventory, except for a wheelchair that I bought myself and forced the receptionist to write down, otherwise they wouldn't admit it was theirs... and the day they returned my clothes, I couldn't check if everything was there because there was no inventory. At home, I realized some items were missing. I'll never set foot in that residence again; they should just tear it down. There's no need to reply to this review; I won't pay any attention to you, and you'll probably try to give me explanations like you do to everyone else... well, they're semi-automated messages and little more... you already gave me your explanations, and they didn't convince me at all. So, for anyone thinking of choosing this residence, I strongly advise against it. Just to say something positive about this care home, and specifically about an assistant who works on the third floor... PILAR, you're the only one worthwhile there... THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF MY FATHER... I don't know if you'll read this, but I'll leave it at that... I gave it one star because it won't let me give zero stars... but it deserves zero stars.

Very friendly service, impeccable cleanliness, impeccable patient hygiene, and all homemade meals with several menu options adapted to the needs of the elderly. Our experience has been very good, and we recommend it to families who, like us, were apprehensive about what daily life would be like...
