A very welcoming and family-oriented residence. The facilities, cleanliness, food... and most importantly, the wonderful relationship between the staff and residents. So much warmth and attention to detail. Irene, the director, is marvelous, with a true vocation, dedication, and exquisite treatment; she made things so much easier for us. It felt like leaving my mother in good hands and seeing how quickly she recovered. We are very grateful.

After calling several times for information and not getting any answers, I traveled to the residence today. After waiting about 45 minutes for someone from administration to see me, I left without being able to speak to anyone. (Well, I did speak to a kitchen worker who informed management of my presence.) In short, after wasting more than two hours between travel and waiting, and driving quite a few kilometers, I'm left with a very bad impression of the residence's management. I hope the care provided to residents is much better than what I received, as I wasn't even able to be seen.

The treatment was disastrous. The care for the elderly was deficient, and the treatment of visitors was appalling. There's no management, no support, and nobody knows anything. HORRIBLE.
