La Residencia de Mayores Fonda Oriental presenta opiniones altamente polarizadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogian la dedicación del personal, la calidad de la atención y el trato humano hacia los residentes, una reseña grave denuncia negligencias críticas en la alimentación e hidratación de los pacientes y falta de comunicación con las familias ante emergencias médicas. Aunque predominan los comentarios positivos sobre el servicio y la profesionalidad del equipo, las acusaciones de negligencia en cuidados básicos representan un problema serio que requeriría verificación.

The WORST nursing home there could be. They don't insist on feeding the people there. My grandmother was there and unfortunately she's in the hospital because they didn't give her water, according to them they spit it out on her. But why would they insist on giving her water or so she can eat better, we leave her there if it's one less person to take care of, right? You're DISGRACEFUL. I hope the families you leave there realize how lazy you are, incapable of calling relatives when an ELDERLY person is SICK. We better call now when we see that they're going to die. You're the worst. For advice, don't take your elderly relatives there. YOU'RE DISGRACEFUL!!!

They do a good social service, but they could improve the system for residents' entry outside of visiting hours.
