Well, I have to say that the girl who accompanied Genoveva yesterday, who doesn't want to eat or drink, and whom I met yesterday, January 16, 2026, at the Albacete hospital where I was with my mother, is wonderful. She took such good care of her, and I hope Genoveva starts eating soon.

My grandparents have been living in this nursing home for several years. We couldn't be happier with our choice. We've had bad experiences in other centers where they were treated like numbers, but here they are people. I'd like to thank the entire staff, from management, technicians, nurses, assistants, and cleaners. They treated my grandparents with kindness and compassion. We always appreciate the kindness with which they are treated. Thank you for making our elderly patients' stay more enjoyable.

Their humane treatment is incredible. I've been able to witness it with my father. He's been at the Don Quijote Residence for two years due to a liver transplant that went wrong, leaving him dependent. Their constant concern for him has been more than their own family's. He was admitted to the hospital a couple of times, and they called every day to check on him. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire staff at this residence. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
