La Residencia Asilo de San Antón genera opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos residentes y familiares elogian la dedicación, amabilidad y profesionalismo del equipo, destacando especialmente la calidad de la atención y el bienestar de los mayores, otros denuncian trato inadecuado hacia los residentes, falta de supervisión y dinámicas problemáticas entre el personal, particularmente en algunos turnos. Esta disparidad en las experiencias sugiere que la calidad de la atención puede variar significativamente según el área o el personal asignado.

It's a disgrace. I don't recommend this place, neither as a worker nor as a resident. They treat the residents badly, especially the staff on the first and third floors, those who care for the independent residents. If you love your grandparents, please don't put them here; that's my advice. Also, there's one veteran in particular who clearly resents having to train new staff members. A little empathy, please. You can't treat a new girl badly just because she doesn't have the same experience as you.

I spoke with several residents on different days before applying for a place for a family member, and without exception, they all spoke very highly of this residence. My family member is now there and is delighted. I can only say that our experience has been very positive.

They don't deserve even one star. The nuns are the ones who work the least; they only focus on finding fault, while the staff do everything. The elderly spend a lot of time alone. People are very mistaken about what goes on there.

I want to thank the staff at this nursing home: the assistants, cleaners, nurses, physiotherapists, the entertainer, and everyone who makes it possible for our families to be so well cared for. I speak for my mother, who is so happy to be there and to have made the decision to leave our home of her own free will, choosing San Antón as the best option, no matter how much they try to discredit this nursing home with their comments. And above all, I want to thank Mother and the sisters who dedicate their lives and all their time to them.
