The awful atmosphere for elderly people, or those who unfortunately have to go to a care home, was truly shocking. The moment I stepped into the rooms and common areas, it reminded me of a psychiatric ward—depressing. Gray hallways, people crowding the corridors, etc. I can't say a bad word about the staff; quite the opposite. But the facilities are a zero for the exorbitant prices they charge. Our relative was so depressed there that when they got home, they cried tears of joy at being out of there. It was a terrible experience for them. They were only there for two months, but it was hell; they couldn't even leave their room and had to close the door because patients were coming in at night. I think they need to do a thorough overhaul of everything.

We are very grateful to the entire nursing home team. They treat our mother and the other residents with admirable care and patience. The place is cozy, clean, and has a great atmosphere. Without a doubt, a great choice for caring for our elderly. Highly recommended.
