Good morning. We usually only use this tool to criticize, but I think it's only fair to do so when things are going well. Personally, I'm very happy with the treatment I receive from the staff and the facilities. My mother is delighted with the staff she interacts with daily, and I appreciate the information and the professional staff—psychologists, social workers, and management—who always keep me up-to-date on life at my mother's residence. Thank you for everything and thank you for the wonderful work you do.

It was very difficult for us to get a place due to the procedures inherent in the Dependency Care system. Even after we were assigned a place, I understand that the reasons were beyond the Center's control, but we should refer the matter to the appropriate party. Our stay was very brief, and perhaps we don't have enough experience to fully evaluate the situation. This is especially true given the constant changes in the resident's needs, which were also due to factors beyond the Center's control. However, we must highlight the exceptional treatment we received in our "special" situation from every single person we encountered, from the cleaning staff and technicians to the assistants, coordinators, and especially the medical staff. They were outstanding! Their professionalism was impeccable. Furthermore, their humanity and expertise were truly impressive. Thank you!

We spent four months here recovering from a serious car accident. It was a pleasant experience. The staff treated us very well, the facilities were excellent, and I'd like to give special mention to the physiotherapists, doctor, and nurses—in general, to all the staff who looked after us. Positive and highly recommended in every way. My mother has been there for three years and has never complained about the staff or the food. I've been able to confirm that compared to other residences in the area, it's far superior. It's worth noting that they have an app that provides real-time updates on everything your family member is doing.
