Since my father started attending the Sayca Day Center, his life has completely changed. It's impossible to express in words how grateful I am for the work they do. Their treatment of seniors is their greatest asset: the staff demonstrates exceptional care and dedication. In addition to the excellent treatment, I want to highlight the constant attention and unconditional support they provide. You feel like your family member is in the best hands. Communication with families is fluid and transparent, which makes us feel involved and at ease at all times. Highly recommended. My 81-year-old mother started attending the Day Center two months ago. We can only express our gratitude for the professional and caring treatment she receives daily from the entire team. From Edwin, the driver who picks her up and brings her home, to the caregivers, the doctor, and so on... as well as the way we've been treated by Pilar, Azucena, Javier, Adelina, and every other professional we've had the pleasure of meeting or greeting. The center is lovely, and my mother adapted very quickly. She goes there happy every day, and her usual refrain when she gets home is, "I had a wonderful day today," or something along those lines. It's undoubtedly benefiting her, and it brings us joy to see her happy and peace of mind knowing she's very well cared for during those hours of the day. I only have words of gratitude to summarize the two months my father was cared for at the Center. From the very first minute, the welcome was wonderful, and every day I witnessed the excellent quality in every aspect. The facilities are superb, and the entire team—from management and assistants to the social worker and drivers—exhibited a warmth that is sometimes hard to find. Unfortunately, my father's Alzheimer's has forced us to take the next step and seek other resources, but without a doubt, our wish would have been to keep him at the Center with complete peace of mind.
