Our experience at this care home has been INCREDIBLE. All the staff are very attentive, caring, and professional. We want to give special mention to the nurse Roberto, who went out of his way to help my grandmother, who had trouble eating the first few days. The whole family is very grateful.

My partner did his internship here and everything he told me is very sad. Apparently they are always short on staff and do not take good care of the users. They are more concerned about getting 50 people up in 5 minutes than about their well-being. They have no shame. They treat people terribly and when they have visitors they pretend that everything is done correctly but it is all a facade. When it comes down to it, when there are no family members watching, the treatment is a disgrace, especially considering how much it costs. I would be very sorry if my parents ended up in a place like this.

For us, this is the best care home my father has ever been in. He's been in several because none of them met our expectations. This is undoubtedly the one we were looking for. My father is very happy and loves the staff. They treat him with great care. They have many thoughtful touches and values. I'm very relieved knowing that my father feels comfortable here. I know this because I see him almost every day; I go into the wards and see the wonderful way they treat everyone. I don't understand what the woman who left said. It sounds a bit spiteful to me. But that's just my opinion. For me, it's as if my father is at home, and on top of that, he's always accompanied and cared for. That's how he tells me he feels.

From day one, the treatment of my mother, Angelines, and us, her family, has been impeccable. They have addressed every question and concern we had about placing my mother in a care home, and everyone involved has helped to put those worries to rest. The fact that they allow you to visit at any time, the ease of asking any questions, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the warm and personal relationship they have with the residents and families give us peace of mind, and we highly recommend this care home. My mother has been there for over a year, and we visit her every day. I still think they are wonderful in every way. They make us feel like both my mother and we belong to this big family.
