El Centro de día para personas mayores Abastos recibe evaluaciones muy positivas de sus usuarios, quienes destacan la calidad del trato humano y profesional del personal, las actividades variadas y estimulantes, las instalaciones modernas, y servicios prácticos como el transporte que facilita la vida de las familias. La única observación menor es la necesidad de mejorar los procesos administrativos de cierre de registro, pero esto no afecta significativamente la experiencia general altamente satisfactoria de los residentes y sus familiares.

I've been taking my mother to the day center since April, and it's wonderful. She has a lot of fun with the activities she can participate in and enjoys the variety and quality of the food. The transportation is also a great point to consider because it frees us from having to make the trips ourselves. It gives me the freedom and time to relax without having her in my house with me. It's a win-win for everyone. The staff is very attentive and professional, and they're always willing to help with anything. Highly recommended.

My wife received care at this Day Center for over two years. I highly recommend it for its modern and bright facilities, its physical and cognitive rehabilitation activities, and above all, for the kind and caring treatment she received from her caregivers, especially Marta and Sara.

The facilities, staff, and services are adequate. My mother received professional care from the team during the few weeks she stayed at the center. A more efficient process for closing the registration (for example, refunding the deposit) would be beneficial.
