El Centro de día Vitalia Llorenç recibe evaluaciones muy positivas respecto a la calidad humana del personal, las instalaciones agradables y la excelente atención al detalle en actividades y comidas, lo que genera confianza y tranquilidad en las familias. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre la gestión administrativa, con denuncias de sobrecarga de residentes, insuficiente personal sanitario (especialmente los fines de semana), falta de respuesta a reclamaciones formales y problemas de salud no resueltos como brotes de sarna, lo que contrasta significativamente con las experiencias

My mother has been in this care home for about two years now, and the staff at reception and the caregivers have been excellent. I'm giving one star not because of the staff, but because of the management. There are too many residents and not enough staff, which means they can't receive proper care. It's unacceptable that there's neither a doctor nor a nurse on call on weekends to attend to the residents. Furthermore, we've had a scabies outbreak for over three months now, and there's still no date set for eradicating the multiple outbreaks. We must remember that the monthly fee is very high, and the best possible care should be given to people who are spending their final years there. On Sunday, January 18, 2026, I left a note at reception asking for a manager to call me, but to date, I haven't heard from anyone.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire professional team at the Vitalia Llorenç del Penedès Residency for their great dedication, patience and love for the residents. From the first day we have felt very welcome, with a human and close treatment that transmits trust and tranquility to the families. The facilities are very pleasant, bright and full of spaces where the elderly can enjoy the outdoors and daily activities. But, above all, what makes this center special is the human value of all the people who work there: nurses, assistants, therapists, kitchen and cleaning staff, management... They all offer care full of respect and affection, as if each resident were part of their own family. Thank you for taking care of our loved ones with such professionalism and sensitivity. It is a great peace of mind to know that they are in such good hands.
