El Centro de día de la Residencia asistida Misericòrdia recibe valoraciones muy polarizadas: mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogia excepcionalmente la calidad del personal, la calidez del ambiente y el cuidado dedicado a los residentes, otros expresan preocupaciones significativas sobre la gestión administrativa, incluidos problemas con la lavandera, la calidad y cantidad de alimentos, y aumentos de tarifas por encima de la inflación. En general, el aspecto más destacado positivamente es la dedicación del equipo humano, aunque persisten quejas sobre otros servicios y la relación calidad

The treatment from all the staff, in every department, is exceptional, both to the residents and their families. My wife, Irene, has had her father, Alberto, in this assisted living facility in Reus for several years now, and we can only say good things about it. The staff is exceptional. The rest... They've ruined all of her clothes, stains, burns, wear and tear on new items!!! A black sock that turns brown... The food is scarce and poor, and the service has declined dramatically. Every year they raise the fee by more than the annual CPI...

We are extremely satisfied. My father voluntarily entered the center at the beginning of the year, and since then I can only say wonderful things. The staff are incredibly kind and caring towards the residents, and the elderly residents are always happy and very well looked after whenever I visit. Those without health problems can choose their meals, so they eat what they like best. My father and we are very happy.

It's a safe, friendly, and efficient place to leave our grandparents. During our visit, the atmosphere is so warm that it feels like home. It's a relief to have places like this that we can count on. Thank you to all the staff for such a great job ❤️
