Making the decision to place a loved one in a nursing home is very difficult, but today I believe the Virgen del Carmen nursing home is the best thing we could have done for our mother. It's not a typical nursing home; it's a home, a big little family where we all know each other. The treatment, from the director to the last assistant, is one of affection, kindness, and understanding for both the elderly and their families. Thank you to all the staff for their support and care during all these years my mother has been there. A decision made during very difficult times, but undoubtedly the right one. Thank you.

An exceptional team of people, united, professional, and caring towards the residents and their families.
