El Centro de día para mayores DomusVi Monte Alto destaca por la calidad excepcional de su atención médica y cuidados, con un personal muy dedicado, empático y atento que genera gran satisfacción en la mayoría de familias, especialmente en situaciones de final de vida. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre la comunicación inconsistente con las familias, particularmente en lo que respecta a la disponibilidad telefónica y proporción de información, lo que sugiere áreas de mejora en la consistencia del servicio al cliente.

The treatment of family members is deplorable; they don't answer calls, they don't provide information. It was somewhat better with Paula, but now with Virginia, they are extremely neglected.
