La Residencia Villa Consolación destaca por su excelente atención al cuidado de los mayores, ambiente tranquilo, personal amable y valores cristianos que reflejan respeto y afecto hacia los residentes, aspectos ampliamente elogiados por las familias. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante sobre la seguridad de los objetos personales, como reportes de pérdida de dispositivos médicos y joyas, sin que la residencia ofrezca soluciones satisfactorias a estos problemas.

My aunt, who has been in the residence for less than a year, had her new hearing aid lost just two weeks after she got it, and today, December 31st, a gold chain with a diamond went missing. They aren't offering any solutions. They just tell us to look in the room. I certainly wouldn't recommend this residence.

Excellent nursing home, the care and attention given to the elderly, the affection they receive. The welcome they receive from the families is also excellent. I have nothing but words of gratitude for everyone who makes up this Consolation Family.
