The best care home I know. It's family-like, welcoming, clean, and the food for the residents is excellent. My mother was there for six years and they treated her like royalty. She had Alzheimer's, and from the moment she moved in, she improved significantly physically and started smiling again. Then my father was there for three years, and words can't express my gratitude for what they did for him. The love they gave him and how well cared for him was. They will always be my family. I highly recommend this fantastic care home to anyone. The caregivers and all the staff are wonderful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My mother has been living at Torre Laurel for seven years and is perfectly cared for at all times. The residence is clean and very pleasant. The food is prepared daily in the kitchen. The caregivers are friendly, kind, and caring with the residents. They involve them in all the important celebrations of the year, creating a cheerful and festive atmosphere. They are attentive and patient with family members, attending to all our needs. I am a nurse and I can assure you that there is great rigor in the medical treatments and the care they prescribe. Over these years, she has had various illnesses, and the staff has been diligent in calling emergency services (061) when necessary, and in other cases, her primary care physician. In short, I am very grateful to all the staff for their care and dedication throughout this time. They are like a second family to me. I highly recommend this residence.

A very welcoming and family-friendly residence. The residents are treated exceptionally well and are very well cared for. The staff is friendly. I usually go every week to visit an acquaintance.

Terrible treatment, we took my grandmother to the residence because she broke her hip and the next day they called us and kicked her out because according to the manager she got up in the middle of the night and was annoying and that would be impossible since she was immobile and couldn't even get out of bed by herself.
