By chance, while recommending the residence to a friend, I read some reviews that don't reflect my experience of going there for years. All the staff are lovely, but Bea is a true professional who guided us through all the paperwork. She gave us excellent advice and was incredibly patient with us.

Hello, greetings to everyone who has come this far to read reviews and consider using the services of this residence. First of all, I want to say that when writing a review in a forum open to all opinions, you might find yourself free to be biased and make sweeping statements that contradict reality. Let me explain. I've read some cruel reviews targeting a professional at this residence. What's the matter? Well, we all have bad days. And...do we really need to judge an entire team of people, staff, and professionals because of that? We should be more empathetic towards the people we encounter every day. We're not judges...but sometimes, with our unfounded opinions, we become executioners. I've had the opportunity to meet the social worker who was treated unfairly in those spiteful reviews. Personally, in my case, the treatment I received was professional, correct, and tailored to address any questions I had regarding the services I might need for my elderly relatives. Let's be empathetic and objective in every situation in life, without making hasty judgments. In closing, I am grateful for the care I received at this residence and, as always, I give it my highest rating. Sincerely.

My father is a resident at this care home, and I'm truly grateful because they always answer any questions you may have. I also have to give a special mention to Beatriz, the social worker, because she helped me with all the paperwork, which I was completely unfamiliar with. Furthermore, she arranged for my father to be transferred to another care home that better suited his current needs, as he recovered incredibly quickly and the other one was no longer adequate, something none of us expected. As time has passed and people have told me about the problems they've had due to misinformation from other social workers, I've realized how lucky I was to find Beatriz. I am writing to you to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment we received from social worker Beatriz during our visit to your center. The purpose of this visit was to inform us about and assess the possible admission of a family member who, due to their current situation, needs to enter a residential care facility. Unfortunately, the treatment we received was completely inappropriate and offensive. From the outset, her attitude was dismissive and lacked empathy. She referred to our family member with utter disrespect, even making comments that ridiculed her and portrayed her as someone without dignity or resources, which we consider unacceptable. Furthermore, when we presented the documentation we had, Beatriz questioned the veracity of the reports and even went so far as to question whether a social worker had previously visited the home, despite it being an official visit conducted by a professional in the same field. These kinds of comments, besides being unnecessary, demonstrate a lack of respect for the work of her own colleagues. During the conversation, the woman constantly interrupted us, spoke in a raised voice, corrected us inappropriately, and prevented clear and respectful dialogue. At no point were we offered the opportunity to see the center's facilities, nor did we receive the information we needed. To compound the negative experience, as we left, Beatriz stood at the door, staring uncomfortably at us, which added a completely inappropriate sense of contempt. We believe this attitude is not only unbecoming of a social worker but also violates the basic principles of care and respect that should govern an institution dedicated to the care of the elderly. Therefore, I request that appropriate measures be taken to review this incident and that dignified and professional treatment be guaranteed for both the residents and their families. The care leaves much to be desired. We went to get information, and the social worker, Beatriz, treated us very poorly. We went with the intention of being helped, but the treatment was appalling, not only in the manner but also in the incorrect way we went with all the correct paperwork, and she told us things were missing when they weren't. She was supposed to help us, but she didn't. I don't recommend her.
