I only have words of gratitude for all the staff at this residence. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my parents. The affection, care, attention, and pampering with which they treat both my parents and all the other residents is outstanding. I can visit them at any time. The availability and accessibility of all the staff, starting with the director, Sofía, a true professional who is always attentive, always ready to answer any questions that may arise, and who listens and finds solutions, and continuing with the rest of the staff, who treat them like family and give them all the attention they so desperately need. The cleanliness of the rooms, bathrooms, and living room... all in an open-plan space without architectural barriers. It's a small residence with a family atmosphere that provides enormous peace of mind, knowing they will be so well cared for. Thank you, team!

There are no words to express my gratitude for the care and support they provide during the most difficult times, right from the start. It's a very family-oriented residence, with a great team—caring, professional, and well-trained. Regarding the facilities, it's a small but spacious residence with no architectural barriers. Furthermore, both the owner and management work to continually improve the facilities, services, and care for the seniors who live there and their families. Highly recommended.

I have my aunt as a resident, and she's like a second mother to me. It's a small, family-oriented, open-plan residence—and I say open because it's spacious—and I can come and go whenever I want to see her without having to give her any advance notice, like in other homes. If I buy her extra snouts to eat, they label them with her name and give them to her. You see the cleanliness of the facilities and the hygiene of our seniors. Even so, the love, thoughtfulness, and patience alone would almost be enough for me. But I'm infinitely grateful for the closeness, the direct line, and the constant supervision and information from Sofía, the director. And to Mayra. Her help has given me peace of mind. And I extend my gratitude to the entire team, who, although I'm terrible with names, are wonderful to all of them. Celia Becerril Mur

Not recommended, and even less so for people who need more specialized care. There are no certified nurses. This means they have to constantly call the emergency room. This is very negative for chronic patients, as they go through many hands and diagnoses, and sometimes even go to the hospital. Negative for the well-being of the residents. The food is catered... Employees change every month. Since there are no certified or certified nurses, the same staff members are responsible for medications. They shouldn't be the ones responsible for managing and administering complex medications. In this regard, I repeat, it's severely understaffed. Furthermore, there are few staff members. The owner is only interested in the bottom line.

They have an incredibly attentive, patient, and kind staff. The only care home that treated my case as if it were their own and did everything they could to help me. And they did help me... a lot. I will always be grateful to them.
