It's appalling. I took a relative there for a week and found him malnourished, practically unhygienic, and so pale he looked like he'd aged 10 years. When we arrived, they had to search for him because they didn't even know where he was. I was afraid he'd disappeared. I've heard that some have escaped. What a disgraceful place and the way they treat people.
