My experience at this residence has been positive. My mother was a resident for almost nine years; she had Alzheimer's and passed away a month ago. Throughout this time, she was well cared for by the caregivers and the rest of the staff, including the director, social worker, and receptionists. We appreciate the warm welcome and understanding shown to us in recent days. Thank you all for your work.

My mother has been a resident until today. From the very beginning, the care has been very professional and excellent. My mother suffers from Alzheimer's, and they have helped us every step of the way. The facilities are very good, the staff are very professional, and we have always felt very comfortable. We would especially like to highlight the work of Henar, the social worker, who has helped us a great deal throughout the entire process, from the administrative tasks to the adjustment and our stay. We highly recommend this residence and thank all the staff at the center.

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. We had to take my grandfather out. Lack of staff, clothes disappearing, lack of control over the mediation. The food is disgusting; they can't even serve it hot. They also told us they were starving. We called for a month to ask if my grandfather had seen a doctor because he was feeling ill. They didn't, and he ended up in the emergency room, very ill. The treatment from the manager leaves much to be desired. They take advantage of you by raising the price every year for whatever they want, only to keep them in terrible conditions. Horrible experience!

I entered the care home temporarily due to a knee problem. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful treatment I received from the staff. The caretakers, the medical team, and the food were all excellent. Furthermore, the residence is very spacious and modern, with all kinds of amenities. I especially want to thank the physiotherapist and the occupational therapist for their incredible work. I entered in a wheelchair and I'm leaving walking. Words can't express how wonderful my stay has been.

My grandmother has been there for four months, and the whole family loves it. The staff is excellent, and my grandmother has found a small group of friends with whom she goes to gymnastics, plays cards, goes for walks... I recommend it to everyone.
