La residencia Riosol destaca por su excelente atención personalizada, personal profesional y dedicado, instalaciones limpias y bien mantenidas, así como actividades y cuidados médicos de calidad que generan una alta satisfacción en residentes y familias. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la disponibilidad y accesibilidad del centro, con reportes de horarios inconsistentes y dificultades para contactar por teléfono, lo que contrasta significativamente con la experiencia positiva mayoritaria en cuanto a cuidados.

We admitted my mother to the Riosol Residence due to an illness, at a time when it was impossible for me to care for her personally. Based on a recommendation for this center, and despite her initial reservations, my mother not only adapted but ended up enjoying her stay. The care and attention from the staff, the activities tailored to her needs, the home-cooked meals, and the community have led my mother to now prefer being cared for at the residence to living in her own home. Before this experience, neither she nor any of us could have imagined such a profound change of heart. A heartfelt thank you to all the professionals who made it possible.

My 82-year-old father spent four months here recovering from an illness and is now semi-independent. He received excellent care. There is a doctor and nurses available at any time, and the place is very clean and hygienic. They cater to individual needs and assist with the paperwork for his disability. We are very happy and will return if he needs it. Thank you all for your patience and professionalism.

We had a family member in this care home for over a year and were very happy. The staff are attentive and caring towards the residents, and every time we visited, we found them well cared for and happy. When their health was more fragile, they made sure to keep us informed at all times. Thank you to the entire team for your work.

Fantastic (sarcasm). I took my grandmother out for lunch. They told her it was open at 3 pm, and Google said it was open 24 hours. We arrived at 3:45 pm, and they weren't even open. No one answered the phone, nobody did anything. The 24-hour opening claim is a lie, and there's no phone number to call. They literally close the residence for hours. What if something happens? I think it's awful.
