Terrible management. Inadequate treatment of the elderly. Scarce food. I see nothing positive about visiting a care home to see a friend.

My experience is very positive, my mother has been here for almost a year and every time we have had a problem they have always acted very correctly and quickly. I see that the people who are residing there are very well cared for, and those who have the ability to reason are very happy there, there must be a reason. The treatment with the staff is also very good, both from the director and all the workers.

This care home is highly unreliable, to say the least. The director shows no concern for our residents. Positive reviews are written by family members to mask the reality. Regards.
