El Centro asistencial San Roque cuenta con un personal excepcional y un enfoque cálido y personalizado hacia los residentes y sus familias, según destacan quienes han experimentado su atención; sin embargo, algunos usuarios han señalado problemas con la gestión del ambiente, como el volumen excesivo de música y la falta de respuesta ante las quejas. En general, la residencia recibe un reconocimiento significativo por la calidad de cuidados y la dedicación de su equipo, aunque existen áreas de mejora en la experiencia cotidiana de los residentes.

They play the music way too loud, you tell them and they don't listen. We're in a nursing home, not a pub.
