Opiniones

In this senior living residence, the humanity and affection with which the residents are treated is truly evident. The hygiene is impeccable, and the food is delicious and varied. It's a joy to feel the family atmosphere that permeates everything. The staff is attentive and friendly, and it's clear they care about the well-being of each person. You can rest easy knowing that your loved ones are well cared for in a very welcoming and respectful environment.

They wrote malnutrition and dehydration on my mother's medical report at the hospital. I'll never forgive you for the poor care you gave her until the day she died. As soon as I walked in, it was a total disaster. I don't know how they don't shut you down. I just wish you the same end of your days and that you pay.

Great professionals, very friendly service. 100% recommended. The facilities are very well-equipped and very organized. My experience was wonderful, and I would choose this residence again. Thank you for everything.

The staff treats the residents with great care, but there are very few of them. I don't understand why they ask for labeled clothing; my father was wearing shoes, socks, etc., that weren't his. They don't even iron the clothes—the shirts were shameful—and it's a service they charge for. The management is awful. I'm waiting for someone to call me to ask why Social Services processed my father's change of residence in a single weekend. For management, it's just money... but for me, he was my FATHER.

If you truly love your parents, don't admit them to this nursing home. Nine months of hospitalization have already ended my mother's life. She has poorly treated ulcers, repeated admissions for dehydration. The care provided by the social services is excellent, but she can't handle the staff.
