My mother was a resident for two and a half months, and my impression is FANTASTIC. From the very first moment, Anabella (Social Worker) provided us with all the necessary information and guided us through all the procedures. After her admission, ALL the staff at the residence made my mother's daily life easier, treating her with exceptional kindness and providing her with admirable professionalism.
