Our personal experience has been fantastic. My mother has been there for over a year, and thanks to them, she's still with us today. They are an exceptional team of professionals, caring and incredibly patient. They have given us great peace of mind at all times, never objecting to anything we've asked for, and always keeping us informed. A 10 out of 10 for this amazing team of professionals! It's a pleasure to watch them work; they're always organizing a party or special day, bringing joy to the residents, and always have a kind word, a gentle touch, or a thoughtful gesture for them. Thank you so much for also taking such good care of my mother and giving her so much love, always keeping her looking so beautiful with her headbands and all dressed up. My father, my siblings, and I are incredibly grateful for the way my mother has been treated. The love and care she has received every single day have allowed her to continue being with us today. They are professional, highly qualified, approachable, and transparent. We have nothing but good things to say, fond memories, and immense gratitude for the entire team: reception, doctors, nursing assistants, dining room staff, administration, management, and even the residents themselves (who are so lovely!). Not just bad, it's beyond bad. My mother was there for two months, and if we hadn't gotten her out, she would have died—or rather, they would have let her die. The so-called doctor is terrible and practically nonexistent. There are so many elderly people and so few staff. Honestly, when you go in there, you feel so sorry for the old folks. The poor nursing assistants do what they can with so few of them, but as a company, they leave a lot to be desired. They're only there to make money.

I didn't like the way I was treated when I asked for information. They told me there were openings and that they would call me within 24 hours. Three days passed and they didn't call. I called to confirm the opening and they told me there were no openings and that it must have been a misunderstanding.
