The experience at this nursing home, in terms of healthcare, demonstrates, as in many nursing homes, the lack of professionalism and the shortcomings in the treatment of residents who cannot care for themselves. A newly admitted patient cannot be left to reach the point of dehydration and, as a result, hospitalization. And when the patient reaches the point of death, they cannot even receive personal information from the health service explaining the causes and what hurts most, nor even a phone call in condolences. Let's not forget that these are people and we cannot think only of financial gain. I believe that's not what they were created for. Given that this is their primary home, they should be treated as we would all like to be treated, regardless of whether the staff is happy with their pay. They are people, not numbers. Any staff member who is dissatisfied for whatever reason should resign and leave. Human ethics must go beyond personal or business problems. THEY NEED TO IMPROVE A LOT AND THINK ABOUT HOW ONE WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED IF THEY WERE THE PERSON ADMITTED.

Residence located in the town center of Miramar. It is safe, clean, and comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommended.
