I want to express my satisfaction with the residence where my parents, Miguel and María, are staying. In general, all the staff are very professional and compassionate, which is very reassuring for us as family members. I especially want to highlight Tina, the physiotherapist, the psychologist, and the doctor for their warm approach, professionalism, and the care they give my parents. It's clear they are truly dedicated and passionate about their work. I also want to thank Ana and Vicen from the cleaning team, who are always attentive and careful. A very special mention goes to Pau, the occupational therapist, who treats my parents with so much love, affection, and respect. Her kindness and the way she cares for them make a huge difference and are greatly appreciated. I also want to acknowledge the reception staff, who are always very kind and friendly, making the experience warm and welcoming from the very first moment. In short, this is a residence that inspires confidence, compassion, and excellent care, something essential when it comes to our parents.

My uncle has been here for 10 years. The experience has given me a much better understanding of care homes. My uncle has been part of a wonderful family.
