We are delighted with the care our grandmother receives. Every time we visit her, she is happier, more active, and always in a good mood. I give the staff a 10 out of 10 for the care they provide. We are increasingly glad we chose this center.

It would be very helpful if the residents' families knew that there is a STRONG STAFF for everyone in this care home. The constant mistreatment of the care assistants and their excessive workload is appalling. They can't keep up or provide proper care. All the money that comes in isn't being used for anything it's supposed to be. I would NEVER put a family member here.

I know residents and their families, and they all speak very highly of the residence, praising the excellent care the staff provides to the residents, the management and supervisors who are always available to listen to your problems and concerns and offer solutions, and how beautiful and pleasant the residence is with its gardens. A highly recommended residence.

Since my grandmother entered the residence, I can only express my gratitude to all the staff at Solimar Olleria. She arrived in a wheelchair, only able to eat smoothies, and today, after five months, she walks on her own and eats more than I do. Valentina is back to her old self. I'm giving it five stars because I can't give more. Thank you so much.

My father was there for five years, and the care from absolutely the entire team was excellent, from reception, to the nurses, the doctor, and the kitchen staff—all of them wonderful. My father was admitted, and his progress was incredible. I'd like to highlight the facilities and the cleanliness of the center. He was there until his final days. I'm deeply grateful to the entire team. I remember them all fondly! I can rest assured that he was in good hands. Thank you to the entire team!
