I want to thank the entire team for the wonderful care they gave my mother-in-law, Dolores Navarro, during all the years she was at the residence, her home, as she called it... You do a fantastic job looking after them and making them feel loved. Thank you to everyone, from the medical team, nurses, supervisors, cleaners, assistants, social worker, and director... especially the receptionists, María José, Pau, and Inma. They are all so lovely, and my grandmother loved them dearly, and so did I. Hugs. 💗

My father was admitted in 2015. It was easy to see that they simply parked him and even forgot about him, to the point that in the short time he was there, due to lack of supervision, he contracted several infections. They didn't even offer to let him die when, after being admitted to the new facility, he recovered in a few days and returned to the residence. But when they don't take care of you, they park you like a car in a junkyard, or it would even be better to live under a bridge. In the end, it was just another crisis until the end.

Ana Roca's response: I deeply regret that your experience was not positive. However, I believe it is important to clarify a few points: your mother, as I understand it, has been at the center for 17 years, which demonstrates that she trusted our work and the care she received for a long time. Personally, I categorically reject the accusations made against me and my colleague. I have never taken anything that is not mine, and as per center protocol, all valuables found or surrendered are turned over to our superiors. If a family member fails to properly track their loved one's belongings, we cannot assume that responsibility. My conduct and performance have always been professional, compassionate, and driven by a commitment to service. It is unfair to make value judgments without knowing the full context or considering the daily work that my colleagues and I carry out with respect and dedication. Opinions should be expressed truthfully and respectfully towards those of us who are committed to caring for our elderly.

This is our second experience at Solimar Massanassa. Let's be honest, there are some shortcomings, just like in our own home, but they are made up for by the kind treatment, the affection, the attention, and the good work not only for our mother as a resident but also for us as family members. Thank you to each and every one of you.

I wanted to publicly express my gratitude to the Solimar Massanassa nursing home for the care and attention my mother, Rosa Navarro, has received. We always see her clean, happy, and calm, and that's thanks to the care she received. The contact with all the professionals has been excellent, especially the social worker, Lucía, and all the assistants and staff who work there. Thank you. Highly recommended.
