FOLLOW-UP TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: They responded to my review, claiming that their residence is safe, well-coordinated, and welcoming, and that it promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being. To which I can say the following: This company is NOT safe, welcoming, or well-coordinated at all. Residents suffer numerous falls because they are ALONE, and they are discovered when staff enter their rooms or, if they are in public, because unfortunately for both residents and staff, there is only 1 nursing assistant for the entire ward, making it impossible to keep an eye on everyone. As a result, many residents suffer serious injuries that can lead to tragedy, such as hip fractures and the resulting complications for an elderly person. As for coordination, it is completely nonexistent. The doctor comes when they can, as there aren't many doctors willing to work in nursing homes due to the appalling conditions they face because of the overwhelming workload. This makes it impossible to work effectively, for example, with large quantities of medication being administered in a single dose because there's no control whatsoever… with all the consequences that entails. Nurses sometimes can't even come during their regular work hours because the nursing home is always their second job, never their sole place of employment. Obviously, working in the public sector takes much greater priority in every way, and if the staff can't cover a shift, the nursing home is left without a nurse, and a nursing assistant (TCAE) is left in charge, who, with all due respect, is not qualified for the job, and it's also illegal. Furthermore, I strongly disagree regarding the emotional and social well-being of the residents, as many of them spend the day apathetic, depressed, and crying without anyone being able to attend to them as they deserve because there simply isn't enough staff. It's impossible to attend to everyone, no matter how much you want to. The dining rooms are often full of flies that touch the food, especially in summer. There should be more hygiene and health controls. I've already filed a complaint with the inspection department in the hopes that I can do my part to help things change, because it's very sad. Believe me if you want; I have no reason to make anything up since I have nothing to gain. I'm writing all this in the hopes that it might change the minds of people who are thinking of putting a family member in this residence, because it's not what I would want for my own. What happens in there is very sad.

Good morning, we had a wonderful experience with my father-in-law's stay, and I'd like to highlight the personal, friendly, and caring treatment we received from all the staff. This residence is highly recommended, with fabulous facilities, but the best part is the compassionate care. Thank you for treating our elderly residents so well.

I am delighted with the professionalism and the treatment that the staff of the residence had with my mother. She was very well cared for and had a very good life until her last days. It is also a beautiful place surrounded by vegetation with a fantastic garden. She was very happy here.

Buenos dias, voy a esta residencia desde hace 4 años y la gente es encantadora, desde recepcion,, trabajadora social, la directora, personal sanitario y personal de limpieza, son todos estupendos, trabajadores, atentos y tiene un cuidado y atencion especial con las personas mayores.
