La Residencia San Joaquín y Santa Ana recibe mayormente evaluaciones muy positivas, con usuarios destacando la excelente atención personalizada, las actividades variadas, la calidad de la comida casera y la rapidez en la respuesta ante problemas de salud. Sin embargo, algunos residentes reportan preocupaciones sobre el trato de cierto personal y una significativa deficiencia en la comunicación telefónica que dificulta el contacto con la residencia.

Our elderly couple lives there and they are delighted. They've been there for six months and are cared for with great affection. The nun in charge of the ward is very caring and kind. The food is excellent, homemade, and age-appropriate. They also have activities like theater, a gym, hairdressing and nail care, laundry, and more. When they've had health problems, the appropriate doctor has been notified very quickly. In short, they are very happy and I am delighted that they are content.
