Hello, I've had my uncle there for 5 years. I'm super happy and so is he... all the employees and workers are wonderful, responsible, polite, attentive, friendly... The place inside and out is clean, tidy, etc... Thank you for being there and taking care of our loved ones.

This week I took my mother-in-law there. I'm from Valencia, and it takes me an hour and a half to get there. They told me I have to give two days' notice to go, and I only have half an hour, and even more time if I take her out. That's the only thing I haven't liked so far. At the other places, you don't have to give two days' notice, and certainly not a long trip for just half an hour. What do you think?

A nursing home run by the city council has a capacity for about 90 patients, but the common areas and dining room are not designed for that number of patients; these spaces are designed for 60 patients at most.

Poor management, understaffed, and managed by the Jalance city council. There are only four lifeguards at the municipal swimming pool. What a disgrace.
