I absolutely do not recommend this care home, starting with the lack of care for dependent residents. At first, everything seemed more or less okay, until I realized it wasn't what it appeared to be. My mother died due to the negligence of the caregivers, nurses, and especially the doctor who mistreated her, failing to provide the care she needed. We asked why we hadn't been alerted to my mother's condition, and she replied that she had other residents to attend to. When I saw my mother's condition, I immediately called 112, but no one came. I had to follow protocol: first, call the Carlet health center, and then have the doctor call me back. An hour later, she finally arrived. Seeing her condition, she requested an ambulance, but we waited two hours to take her to the hospital. I am truly disappointed and feel incredibly helpless witnessing the lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff, even when communicating my mother's condition, which was nonexistent. Please be very careful if you take any family member to this residence, and above all, don't let your guard down because you'll regret it.

I come here every day for work, and every time I walk through the door I say "Good morning" out of politeness, because the people sitting at reception don't respond even once. It's always the same people; customer service is nonexistent. They're on their phones, like they're on a bar terrace.

If you want your loved one to die soon, there's no better place. They have no regard for dependent people. They let them be independent, and that's how it goes.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give less. This place doesn't provide adequate care for the elderly. Specifically, my grandfather, who was very dependent with Alzheimer's and immobile, didn't receive the minimum care he needed. He was left to his own devices, something unacceptable in any center that calls itself a "nursing home." The staff, in general, leaves much to be desired in both their attitude and their performance. They are more focused on their phones and making inappropriate comments about the residents than on following medical instructions. The center is in deplorable condition: there are insects present and the cleaning is extremely poor. The social workers' attitude was also very unprofessional, even seeming to mock our situation. When my grandfather passed away, they didn't even offer the basic gesture of condolences. During the two and a half months he was there, we repeatedly alerted them to the lack of care: they wouldn't get him up or take him to physiotherapy. This neglect and lack of professionalism ultimately worsened his condition. The most heartbreaking part was that, after his death in the early hours of the morning, his wife, an 85-year-old woman in a wheelchair, wasn't allowed to say goodbye because it "wasn't visiting hours." The lack of empathy from the staff on duty that night was absolute. Thank you for extinguishing my grandfather's light prematurely. A profoundly painful experience that needs to be shared. I hope the care improves so that no other family has to go through the same thing. KARMA COMES AROUND, FRIENDS.

If you're thinking of taking your relative to this residence, don't. When you visit, you feel like you're bothering them; they always make you wait because they don't keep them clean. The treatment of relatives is awful, and I don't even want to think about how they treat our relatives who are residents. And if they're dependent, they don't want to get them out of bed—too much "work." The Valencian government should take all of this into account as well.
