It's a very large, well-built residential complex, with three blocks arranged in a double U shape. It sits high up on the slopes of Monte de la Cruz, also known as Tossal dels Goss. It boasts excellent views of the Oliva Marsh, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Valle del Salvador. Before entering Oliva, the complex is visible from the N-332 highway, in the distance.

Nursing home run by the Little Sisters of the Poor. Very well maintained, spacious, impeccably clean, with a stunning view, and the staff are kind and courteous. An example for other nursing homes.
