Residencia Montesol cuenta con un personal excepcional y dedicado que es el principal punto fuerte según la mayoría de residentes y familiares, junto con instalaciones amplias, buena alimentación y actividades frecuentes que generan gran satisfacción. Sin embargo, existe una reseña negativa que cuestiona la gestión, la higiene del jardín y la frecuencia de visitas, sugiriendo posibles deficiencias en la supervisión y disponibilidad de personal en ciertos momentos.

My aunt moved in in April 2025 with moderate Alzheimer's. It took her a few weeks to adjust, which is perfectly normal. But afterwards, she said she was in paradise. The room and bathroom are spacious and wonderful, the food is very good, the garden is beautiful, they organize frequent activities and events, and the rules are as flexible as possible in the sector to make the residents feel more comfortable. But the most important thing is the staff, from the director to the last employee. I give them a 10 out of 10, and more—they are wonderful!

I can't say a single negative thing about this care home. In the almost four years I've needed their services, my family members have been exceptionally well cared for. The staff, both caregivers and the rest of the team, have treated them with kindness and affection. They couldn't have been better cared for. Despite their demanding workload, they never neglected the residents or showed them any ill will. It's also worth noting that during the worst of the pandemic, including the lockdown, everyone went above and beyond, adopting and adhering to strict safety measures, ensuring that no resident became infected. The cleanliness and the food also deserve high marks. In short, 100% recommended. Thank you for everything.

I think it's without a doubt one of the best nursing homes I've ever seen. When I requested a tour of the facility to admit a family member urgently, they showed me around that same day because they had a vacancy. The treatment from all the staff was exceptional, the facilities were very well maintained, and I thought it was wonderful that they were doing activities with family members. They explained to me that visits were currently more limited due to COVID-19, which I understand and think is a very good decision to protect the residents. Without a doubt, I recommend it 100%, as they treat everyone like family and the staff are wonderful.

First of all, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the management at the center. My mother was unfortunately there for a very short time, but it was enough to see the care and attention the caregivers (if that's what they're called) give to the elderly. When my mother was admitted, they didn't even show us the room she'd be in; they told us we had to make an appointment to see her. That already made me think... do they have to prepare the room for us to see her? Is it not in good condition, or don't they make the bed every day? Then they limit visits to three times a week with advance notice, and it turns out the times I went to the center there weren't any visitors. I've also seen firsthand that the garden isn't cleaned daily, the trash cans were still unempty, and the same bag and trash had been there for several days. In short, my experience has been terrible. They make you believe the residence is a home for the elderly, but it's quite the opposite. There is a lack of staff to care for people, and they are also very stressed, resulting in inadequate service.

A wonderful team who are like a second family, as my mother has been living here for five years. The staff are kind, caring, and attentive to both patients and their families. From management and nursing staff to the assistants and kitchen staff, everyone is outstanding. The food is fantastic, and the beautiful garden is a great place for everyone to spend time and where they hold wonderful parties.
