La Residencia Mondúber-Barx destaca por su ubicación privilegiada en la naturaleza, instalaciones modernas y bien mantenidas, así como por un personal amable y atento que organiza actividades y resuelve problemas de manera rápida. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la accesibilidad para residentes con movilidad reducida, quienes pueden quedar confinados en sus habitaciones sin acceso a las áreas comunes y exteriores, lo que representa una limitación significativa en la calidad de vida a pesar del precio elevado de la residencia.

Comfortable and in a beautiful location

Fantastic residence! My grandparents lived there and we couldn't be happier, from the facilities and services to the wonderful staff. They organize activities and excursions. The caregivers are very attentive and friendly. Whenever we had a question, we went directly to the coordination or management departments and they resolved it immediately. Highly recommended; they go out of their way to care for their residents.

A very family-friendly and peaceful residence at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by nature. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are deeply involved in the story of each person who lives there. The spacious, clean spaces are bright, and the front garden is very modern. Highly recommended.

The views are wonderful for residents, who can go out and admire all of nature. In fact, they can go out onto their terraces to enjoy the views with other residents. However, if a resident is wheelchair-bound, they don't go out onto the terrace, and no one brings them down to admire nature or feel the breeze. They remain locked in a unit, day after day. The residence itself is very well maintained and clean (they don't allow entry to the rooms), and the staff are kind and friendly. If you pay the hefty sum of €2,445 plus 10% VAT, with the unfortunate fact that you are physically disabled and unable to move or even speak, forget it. You can't leave your room, unless you have family members who come every day to take you out onto the terrace or walk around the facilities.

A welcoming place. An unparalleled setting. And with the latest renovation... spectacular! What great parking! What a beautiful main garden! What a lovely glass elevator connecting the parking and garden! What beautiful views!
