I want to file a complaint against the center because I have a person in the residence whom I love very much and she is suffering just like the rest because it is shameful that nowadays in a center like this there is no nurse on duty at night, so, as always I would like to know where the money they charge them goes because it seems like the politicians are spending our money and they have abandoned us. The way things are, if this doesn't change, I am going to file a complaint against the center...

I went with my friend and his parents to visit his grandfather, and it smelled like urine everywhere, which was very unpleasant. I was shocked by the appalling conditions. The elderly residents were just standing there staring at each other, completely neglected. I came away with a very bad impression overall. The interior is also old and uncomfortable. The photos on Google aren't accurate; those rooms don't exist.

I would never put any of my family members in this nursing home. The elderly are not treated well. They're just numbers to them, they don't have enough staff to care for them all, and they get urinary tract infections from not having their diapers changed often. And a million other things that make this nursing home a living prison. No outings are organized, food is served cold, and they don't take into account the peculiarities of the people who pay at least 2,000 euros a month for this disgrace.
