La Residencia La Paloma recibe principalmente valoraciones muy positivas destacando el personal atento y amable, las instalaciones espaciosas y limpias, así como las actividades constantes que mantienen entretenidos a los residentes. Sin embargo, existe una crítica importante sobre las condiciones laborales del personal, que según una reseña afecta negativamente la calidad de atención a los mayores debido a la carga de trabajo excesiva.

Very spacious and large with good facilities. The staff is very attentive. Overall, everything I've seen is satisfactory.

This residence has incredibly kind and attentive staff. There are always workshops and activities to keep our elderly residents entertained, and you can follow them on Facebook to see everything they're doing, including photos of your loved one, and realize how happy they are there. It's worth mentioning that during the pandemic, we were constantly informed of new measures and changes via email. Even though we couldn't visit our loved ones, the residence staff, with the immense effort this entailed, always kept us updated and in touch, making us feel close through video calls. Even when visits were permitted with limitations, they created a protective barrier with plastic sleeves so we could hug each other safely. That's why, now that things have calmed down a bit, I'm writing to thank them for all their hard work and to let them know that our loved ones feel safe and secure there, and so do we at home. My five stars are definitely yours.

I am delighted with the service at this residence. They answer calls immediately. The staff is very friendly and professional. The facilities are very clean. I would definitely recommend this residence for our elderly relatives.

I studied social integration and a degree in primary school. I've been there in person on several occasions and follow them on Facebook (Asigerlapaloma). It's a very active center, with good treatment for seniors and great group dynamics.

Terrible treatment of staff. With the pace they're required to work, it's impossible for them to treat the elderly residents well.
