I couldn't be happier with this residence. My mother has been here for nine years, and I'm so grateful for the care and attention she receives, from the affection and personal hygiene to, of course, the homemade food they offer. The director, Sandra, is a delight, incredibly kind at all times; she couldn't be better. She always tries to help with everything. It's a very family-oriented residence, and I recommend it wholeheartedly. My mother is in her final moments, and I'm so grateful for the care she's receiving. Thank you to the caregivers, the psychologist, Vicente, and Concha for all their hard work.

The center is very, very fair in every aspect: attention, care, cleanliness, and exploited workers, one person at a time caring for 19 residents. It's impossible to do so with the dedication, care, and love our seniors deserve. For this reason, you have to notify them before going to see them. They won't let you into the facility. Everything is very dark. The good workers flee, and they don't last more than 4-6 months. The moment I could, I took my relative out of that "cave." We rested. I don't want to give details because it still hurts to think about everything I've been through. I'll just say that Concha has shown me she's NOT a good person, and I hope I never meet people like that again. A lamentable experience.

Some reviews have really made me wonder why such mean and dishonest people exist. Making things up is truly the worst. I can vouch for the team's unity, the family-like treatment of the residents, the constant explanations given to family members regarding each and every one of their questions, and the food—everything homemade and fresh, tailored to each individual's needs. The process of keeping them clean and well-groomed is constant. In short, everyone gives their all. I am very happy with this residence.

Some people have written inaccurate reviews, because I have family and friends who have been residents at this facility for many years and they have the highest opinion of the care and attention given to the residents. It's sad that anyone can write reviews without knowing the facility or its staff, simply to cause harm. I recommend this place if you want to take care of your loved ones. Thank you.
